This site is sponsored by Shebby Lee Tours, a receptive tour operator which specializes in learning vacations of the great American West.  Our clients have always demonstrated a strong desire to understand more about the various people and events which shaped our country's development, so we developed this site to provide historically researched background materials online to help you prepare for your excursion to the past.  Recommended reading lists for specific excursions are also provided to participants.

Our tour directors are trained to provide far more than just a scenic overview of an area.  They provide insights to the sights and encourage enlightening discussions among participants so that everyone comes away from their travel experience with a deeper appreciation of what they have just seen and explored.

Unless otherwise stated, the articles on this site were researched and written by award-winning historian Shebby Lee.
